Where you can work without Hebrew

In every field we hire for: cleaning offices, schools and sites; warehouses (picking, loading); production lines; hotels (rooms, laundry); and kitchens (prep, dishwashing).

It depends on the employer: on one site the supervisor speaks Russian or English, on another you need basic Hebrew. That’s why every job lists the languages needed, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before your first shift.

What it pays

Usually ₪40–50 an hour. We tell you the exact rate for a specific job before your first shift.

Wages are paid once a month, by law. On top of the hourly rate, Israeli law gives you pension contributions, paid vacation, sick days and travel expense refunds — all shown on your monthly payslip.

Getting to work

It depends on the employer: some sites have transport, at others you get there yourself. Travel expenses are refunded to workers by law.

Where most jobs are

Most jobs are in Gush Dan — Tel Aviv, Rishon LeZion, Holon, Bat Yam, Petah Tikva and nearby. There is work in other parts of the country too.

Who we hire

Anyone with the right to work in Israel: citizens, new immigrants, residents and people with a work visa. Age doesn’t matter. Most simple jobs need no experience — training is on site. Full-time and part-time, depending on the job.
